The National Treasury published on 12 November 2016, the long awaited second Draft Regulations on Carbon Offsets for public comment and further consultation. This follows on the publication of the first draft in June 2016 and the Carbon Offsets Paper in 2014.

Our team is currently analysing the changes in the draft regulations and will engage with various industry bodies and corporations about the details of regulations and its implications.
